An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your symptoms, health, and happiness. My method makes these improvements easy to implement, and we take it one day at a time to make gradual, sustainable changes.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully, and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for you. Over the course of our time working together, we will make progress towards your best and healthiest self. We will uncover specifically which foods work best for your individual body and needs so that you can reach optimal wellness. I love helping my clients get RESULTS!
Over the course of three months we will work together to:

Fun Add Ons (limited locations)
- A Pantry Make-Over – I will come to your house and we’ll check out all the goodies (or not so goodies) in your pantry, fridge and kitchen. What’s good, bad, got to go and what can stay!
- Healthy Shopping 101 – We will go food shopping together and learn what kinds of foods you should be shopping for and what to avoid. I will teach you how to read those crazy food labels.
- Cooking 101 – Hate to cook? Avoid it all together? Love delivery and eating out? Don’t worry, I can help. I’ll come to your kitchen and give you simple tips on creating great and healthy meals for you and your family. Cooking is easy and fun. I promise!
This program includes everything in the three month program however gives the client the opportunity to work with me for a total of six months. I believe real and lasting changes occur over a longer period of time. Discounts apply to this package.
Have you already done a program with me? A follow-up session is a tune-up where we check in on your nutritional progress in order to optimize the future of your health. We will discuss your successes, your challenges, review all that we learned before and adjust your meal plan and make recommendations as needed. Available in-person, via FaceTime/Skype or by phone.
One on One Email Only Support
No time for a personalized consultation or for a one hour nutrition counseling session? No problem. For a little more then a $1.50 a day you can have your own health & wellness guide at your fingertips via email! Ask me anything, use me for accountability, fitness questions, ANYTHING! (Even the “embarrassing” stuff!) Cheaper then your daily coffee, and definitely better for you! Discounts apply for monthly renewals.

You will have access to my private Facebook page for personal and group support with like minded “friends.” You are guaranteed to connect with me each day, discuss all of your health and wellness issues in a safe nonjudgmental space, ask questions and get answers.
